 Sam was really interested in the job and patiently gave us many updated quotes (over a 12 month period!) as we fiddled with the scope and the finishes. Our house was built in 1925 and is an original in the area. Sam was keen to preserve the character of the old and integrate the new. We knew that he was genuinely interested in the work from the detail in his quotes. The final decision to proceed was made for us when we visited one of his previous jobs and we spoke to the owners. They spoke highly of Ready Constructions and the way they completed the job. The quality of the workmanship spoke for itself. I’m an engineer so can be hard to work with but Sam was the best. He was always looking for solutions and is an absolute stickler for quality. Brooke was fantastic on sourcing the bathroom fittings at the best price (and advice)and keeping the invoicing accurate through the job. All of this started right on Co-VID lockdown in March 2020. During the job Sam would always call back within 15 minutes if he missed my calls, emails were always responded to and his team (who are all polite, hard working and excellent tradies) were on the job everyday. The subbies were great as well -thanks Rob @Top Dog Interiors especially, Mick @ Slick and Co plumber and James @ J.Bowes Painting Services. We would be happy to recommend Ready Constructions to anyone looking to build or renovate – in fact we have already recommended them to several family members and friends. We couldn’t have had a better experience or a better renovation. We love it.
