ABOUT Ready Constructions

Ready Constructions is a small family-owned and operated building company servicing Greater Brisbane and The Gold Coast and specialises in renovations and extensions.

Founder, Sam Cochrane had a passion for building as a child and started his carpentry apprenticeship straight out of school in 2001, eventually Ready Constructions was born in 2015.

Sam has built a dedicated team who share the same values and are just as invested in the projects as Sam is. Our Team works collaboratively to deliver a quality finish that suits the client’s lifestyle and budget.
